Spicy Vegetable Smoothie


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups tomato juice 
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped 
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions 
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 
Method: 
  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
