Ragi Halwa

Ingredients :
  • Ragi flour 35 g.
  • Jaggery 20 g.
  • Groundnut 25 g.
  • Ripe Papaya 15 g.
  • Water 50 ml.
Method of preparation :
1. Roast groundnuts, remove red skin and grind to a fine powder.
2. Roast ragi flour.
3. Prpare Jaggery syrup using 50 ml water.
4. Add roasted groundnut flour & ragi flour.
5. Cook along with mashed ripe papaya.
6. Cool and serve.
