Paushtik Panjiri

Ingredients :

  • Wheat flour 100 g.
  • Besan 50 g.
  • Fat/Oil 20 g.
  • Jaggery 100 g.

Method of preparation :
1. Heat fat/oil. Add wheat flour and fry. After a few minutes add besan and fry till golden brown.
2. Add jaggery and mix well.
3. Store in dry airtight containers.
