Murmura Lapsi

Ingredients :
  • Murmura 50 g. (puffed rice)
  • Roasted channa 50 g.
  • Spinach 30 g.
  • Jaggery/Sugar 50 g.
  • Water 300 ml.
Method of preparation :
1. Remove brown skin from roasted channa.
2. Roast murmura slightly.
3. Powder the roasted channa and murmura.
4. Prepare sugar/jaggery syrup.
5. Add murmura, channa mixture and mix well.
6. Cook spinach and mash.
7. Add spinach paste to the mixture&mix thoroughly.
