Kichidi

Ingredients :
  • Rice 100 g.
  • Lentils 50 g.
  • Spinach 100 g.
  • Carrots 50 g.
  • Oil 10 g.
  • Salt To taste
Method of preparation :
1. Cook rice and dal separately.
2. Mash cooked rice and dal.
3. Wash and cut carrots and spinach. Cook to form Puree.
4. Add carrot spinach Puree to rice dhal mixture along with salt.
5. Add oil to the khicheri.
