Jowar Rabri

Ingredients :
  • Jowar (whole) 200 g.
  • Butter milk 1000 g.
  • Leafy Veg. (spinach/amaranth) 200 g.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee/Oil 30 ml.
Method of preparation :
1. Wash jowar and cook in butter milk.
2. Wash leafy vegetable and chop.
3. When jowar is cooked, add leafy vegetable and continue cooking for few minutes.
4. Add salt and oil and remove from fire.
