Banana Gharge

Ingredients :
  • Banana ripe 100 g.
  • Wheat flour 100 g.
  • Sugar 50 g.
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 50 ml.
Method of preparation :
1. Add salt and sugar to wheat flour.
2. Mash Banana and mix with flour.
3. Kneed it into a stiff dough.
4. Divide the dough into small balls.
5. Shape each ball into small tikkies.
6. Heat tawa and grease it with a little oil.
7. Apply oil from sides of tikki and cook till golden brown (shallow fry).
